How will you make me feel at ease?

I’ve got you. From the moment you walk in, it’s a calm, judgement-free space – I’ll talk you through everything before we start, check in with you throughout, and go at your pace. Nervous clients are my specialty.

Do the treatments hurt?

Every treatment’s different, but most clients tell me it’s far more comfortable than they expected, more mild warmth or a light prickle rather than pain. I’ll always explain the sensation beforehand so there are no surprises.

Why should I go with you?

I have 14 years of specialist experience, an award-winning reputation and results that look natural rather than “done.” I trained hard to get here, and every treatment is carried out to medical-grade hygiene standards in my Weybridge clinic. You’re in safe, skilled hands.

I’ve never had any treatments before – how safe are they?

Completely understandable to ask! Safety is non-negotiable for me. Every client starts with a proper consultation, and I’ll flag anything that might affect suitability before we go anywhere near treatment. If in doubt, I’ll always ask for medical sign-off first

Where do I park?

I have free, designated parking right at my clinic, right outside Weybridge Train Station, Go to the station car park and just look for designated bays 14 and 15. Easy in, easy out.

How many years’ experience have you got?

14 years and counting! I’m an award-winning permanent make-up artist and clinical skin specialist, based right here in Weybridge, Surrey.

How do I book? Easiest way is to email jade@byjade.co.uk or call 01932 391408. You can book straight through the contact page.

What are your opening hours? Monday–Saturday, 9am–6pm (excluding Bank Holidays). Sunday appointments are available too, exclusively, for an extra charge.

Do I need to be a certain age? For permanent make-up treatments like microblading, yes, you must be 18 or over, and I may ask for ID.

Am I suitable if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding? Unfortunately no, for most treatments, safety first. Let me know your situation when you book and I’ll advise.

Will I need a top-up? Usually, yes for most treatments (brows especially) settle over 4–6 weeks, and I’ll invite you back to check healing, colour and shape before any final tweaks.

What if I have a medical condition or I’m on medication? Just tell me as early as possible. For some conditions I’ll need a quick note from your GP before we proceed. It’s an insurance requirement, not me being fussy!

Where exactly are you based? Unit 2, Station Approach, Weybridge, KT13 8UD – right by the station, so easy to find and easy to park.

Microblading

Am I suitable for microblading?

Microblading is not suitable for all skin types. Particularly those with:

Oily skin
Large pores
Problem skin, broken capillaries, acne
Moles
Keratosis
Seborrheoeic Dermatisis
Very dry or peeling skin
Pregnant or breastfeeding
Imminent holidays planned – the sun can significantly fade semi-permanent make up. You must be at least 2 weeks healed before going on holiday, however, I would recommend you have this treatment when you return from holiday when your tan has faded.
Low immune system
Some medical conditions and medications – please advise your technician as soon as possible. A doctor’s note is required for some as per my insurance guidelines; please don’t be offended if I request one.
Those with previous semi-permanent make up still visible from another technician. I cannot work over other people’s work – they will need to be completely faded out.

This type of technique creates a very natural-looking brow to mimic the look of hairstrokes. Should you require the look of wearing make-up in your brows then I suggest opting for ombre brows instead.

Is it Painful?

It varies from person to person. Some people find the scratchy sensation sore, other people fall asleep!

Is there an age restriction?

The microblading treatment is strictly for people of the age of 18 years and older. You may be asked to bring identification.

How long does the treatment take?

You will be allocated 3 hours for your first appointment. Please allow up to 2 hours of time for your top up appointment.

Do I need to grow my brows in preparation for treatment?

No. Please ensure you tweeze/wax/thread your brows no less than 3 days before treatment.

Can I make my new brows darker than my natural colour?

This procedure does not change the colour of your natural brows but it is often possible to make them appear darker by creating more hair strokes throughout the brow. After they have healed, you will be able to tint your natural brow hair if you feel it is necessary.

Will I need to continue to have them waxed/plucked/threaded after treatment?

Yes. Microblading does not stop stray hairs from growing outside of the shape created. They can be waxed/plucked/threaded once they have fully healed.

Do I need a top up?

Once your new eyebrows have had a chance to settle down, I will invite you back for a follow-up appointment. This normally takes place after 4-6 weeks when the skin is healed from the initial procedure. I will check all is healing well, the shape of the brow and colour is approved and, if required, can look after any necessary adjustments. Occasionally, you may require a third follow-up depending on factors such as lifestyle and skin type.

Is this suitable for everyone?

No. You cannot have this treatment if pregnant or breastfeeding and some medical conditions will not allow me to go ahead with performing the treatment. For insurance purposes, I may require medical consent from your G.P that is it safe to go ahead with treatment (for example, diabetes and some medications). Please let me know as soon as possible if you have a medical condition or taking medication.

Will they be completely symmetrical?

Only if your face is completely symmetrical – which is highly unlikely! I use a measuring technique to map your new brows out. Factors such as muscle tone and bone structure will affect the symmetry of your eyebrows. Sometimes I can add hair strokes in places outside of the measured brows to create the illusion of better symmetry.

Please note that you must have your 2nd permanent makeup treatment session within 3 months of your first treatment and that if any further sessions are required there will be a charge of £50 per session to be used within 3 months of your 1st treatment

Ombre Powdered Brows

Am I suitable?

Unlike microblading, Ombre brows are suitable for almost all skin types.

Top Up

Once your new eyebrows have had a chance to settle down, I will invite you back for a follow-up appointment. This normally takes place after 4-6 weeks when the skin is healed from the initial procedure. I will check all is healing well, the shape of the brow and colour is approved and, if required, can look after any necessary adjustments.

Maintenance

Over time and with sun exposure the colour of your eyebrows will fade. I recommend follow-up appointments in order to apply a colour boost. These appointments are recommended every 12-18 months in order to maximise the longevity of your new eyebrows.

Profhilo®

So what exactly is Hyaluronic Acid and why is it so beneficial?

Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring, gel-like substance in our skin which acts like a sponge. It is holding in moisture and making our skin appear plump, smooth and hydrated. Unfortunately, as we get older the body slows down its production of this vital ingredient. This results in a visible loss of firmness, pliability and suppleness.

Is it worth it?

The effects of Profhilo are subtle but immediate. You will see a difference straight away after the first treatment with skin looking brighter and smoother. As time goes on these effects are enhanced and can last up to six months, depending on the individual patient.

What are the risks & side effects?

There are no long-term side effects. Profhilo is metabolised by the body completely.

No allergy test is required prior to treatment. The risk of allergic reactions is substantially reduced because Profhilo does not contain any synthetic chemicals which some people might react to.

Some people may experience redness, slight bruising, tenderness as well as itching at the injection sites but these were temporary and should resolve within a few hours to a day.

Am I a good candidate for Profhilo®?

We start losing a significant amount of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid after we reach 30, and it is at this age that we start to consider preventative treatments.

If you’re looking for very subtle results, this treatment delivers.

Does it hurt?

Anaesthetic cannot be used and is not necessary for this treatment. The injections sting briefly, but generally you will only experience a mild discomfort. After the treatment, you may experience some tenderness for the first 24- 72 hours.

Neostrata chemical peel

Is a chemical peel right for me?

NEOSTRATA® superficial chemical peels are appropriate for those who have never experienced a professional chemical peel treatment, or if you are seeking to address common skin concerns such as fine lines and wrinkles, skin discoloration, sun damage, and acne-prone skin.

Are chemical peels painful?

A brief warming sensation: Most clients experience a light, warm tingling or a prickly sensation on the skin while the peel is active

Instantly neutralised: The treatment is highly controlled, and Jade carefully neutralises the formula after a few precise minutes, immediately calming the skin.

What does the skin look like immediately after?

A healthy flush: You will leave the clinic with a beautiful, radiant glow. Some skin types may experience a very mild pink flush or slight tightness, similar to a light workout, which typically fades within a few hours.

No hidden downtime: You can apply mineral makeup and comfortably return to your regular day right after leaving your appointment.

How many sessions will I need to see results?

Immediate brightness: Your skin will feel remarkably smoother and look distinctly more luminous after just one single session.

The power of 6: To achieve deep, long-lasting corrections—such as smoothing deep wrinkles or clearing sun damage—a cumulative course of 4 to 6 treatments spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart is highly recommended. This allows Jade to safely step up the glycolic strength session-by-session.

Are the peels safe for mature or sensitive skin?

Perfect for ages 30 to 80: Glycolic acid is exceptionally beneficial for mature skin, targeting the loss of radiance and density that happens as we age.

NCTF

Where can I get NCTF 135?

NCTF 135 is indicated to be injected in the epidermis or dermis in the following areas:

How is NCTF 135HA used?

The NCTF 135HA Beautifeye protocol specifically targets the difficult to treat eye area. Focusing on maximising hydration and improving overall skin quality, we can help reveal and restore your eye contour’s natural radiance.

In clinic, we use the 3-step protocol

Step 1

We start by applying the BRIGHT PEEL by Laboratoires FILLMED that will target uneven skin and pigmentation disorders around the eye. It is adapted to sensitive skin.

Step 2

We will inject into the upper dermis the revitalising solution of NCTF comprising of hyaluronic acid and 59 active ingredients- vitamins, amino acids, antioxidants to name a few…with the very precise and safe NANOSOFT (™) needle that will reduce the risk of bruising and pain during the injection.

Combining NCTF ® and NANOSOFT (™) will not only target the sensitive area of your face with delicacy, but also provide optimal results in less time.

Step 3

The soothing B3- RECOVERY CREAM and EYE RECOVER MASK will smoothly complete this protocol.

For best results a course of 3 treatments is advised every two weeks with maintenance treatments which can vary depending on individual requirements.

How long does the treatment last?

A course of 3 treatments will usually last about 3-6 months, depending on lifestyle factors. We recommend a course of 3 treatments twice or three times a year for enduring results. However, if you have a special event and would like a top-up treatment, this can be accommodated.

Are the results instant?

An improved appearance can be noted straight after your first treatment, it is important to remember everyone is different and therefore results can vary accordingly.

How long is the downtime?

There maybe some redness, small papules (bumps) following the treatment which can last up to 24-48 hours.

What is the aftercare?

We advise not to rub or touch the area for 6 hours following this treatment and no application of any make-up or applying any additional products for 12 hours. Avoid exercise and extreme temperatures for 24 hours. Drink plenty of water to maintain hydration. Avoid abrasive skin care treatments for 5 days following treatment.

Seventy Hyal 2000 – Treatment FAQ’s

Why does Seventy Hyal 2000 work so good?

Seventy Hyal 2000 provides a natural-looking, gentle volume to your skin and can provide a temporary (1- 2 weeks) contouring effect if applied specifically to facial areas that benefit from enhancement.

Seventy Hyal 2000 aids in the bio-stimulation of new collagen resulting in glowing, healthy-looking skin. So, besides intensively hydrating the skin, it has a high Hyaluronic Acid molecular weight which means prolonged skin stimulating activity. This means that although you will see instant results from the injectable skin treatment, the production of collagen and elastin will continue to reproduce over a long period – constantly combatting skin laxity.

How many treatments will I need?

Two to three treatments of Seventy Hyal 2000 skin booster are needed four weeks apart to achieve the desired result. In some cases, and depending on initial skin quality, a fourth Seventy Hyal 2000 treatment may be necessary. Treatments will then need to be topped up every 6-12 months, dependent on skin quality.

The skin booster can be used for facial enhancements to create a rejuvenated and revived look. Or, on the other hand, it can be used to rejuvenate and refresh the neck area, décolleté, arms, knees, and hands also.

How long does Seventy Hyal 2000 last?

As with other anti-wrinkle injections, it’s advised to “top up” your Seventy Hyal 2000 treatment every 4 – 6 months, after an initial two to three treatments, one month apart. Results can be seen after a few days but the rejuvenation continues and plateaus around three weeks.
