I’d had microblading done multiple times before and, although my brows always looked great initially, they would fade badly, leave scarring and the procedure itself was really painful. I genuinely thought that was just part of microblading — until I went to Jade. The difference is incredible. Jade is an absolute professional and really understands the science behind what she does, as well as having an amazing technique. The procedure felt more like tiny scratches rather than being painful, and she completely changed my understanding of what good microblading should actually feel and look like. On top of being brilliant at what she does, Jade is so friendly and lovely to chat to. She makes you feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment, and the time always flies by. I’ve unfortunately now moved an hour away, but there’s no question that I’ll be making the journey back to Jade for my brows. After my previous experiences, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with them — I genuinely don’t think I’d find anyone better. After having a consultation elsewhere for powder brows and not feeling confident with how it was explained to me, I stumbled upon Jade’s salon, where she clearly explained the process and advised me on what she thought would work well based on my skin tone and preferences. Throughout both appointments, Jade explained exactly what she was doing and what the aftercare would involve, and on top of that she made me feel so comfortable. It was clear she’s been doing this for a long time and keeps up to date with the latest products, trends, and training.
